Background

I’m a University of Chicago graduate who’s a little obsessed with building companies. I studied business & economics in school and did performance evaluation modeling with teams at the EPA and General Motors before starting my own travel startup. After making a small exit, I joined Fay where I’ve had the opportunity to get back in the trenches, serve our patients & providers, and build product that creates genuine, positive impact in the world 🫶🌎

I recently moved to New York 🏙️ but hail from the semi-deep South and come from a family of classical musicians. I am a lover of music, food, fashion, interior design, and more — although I will never claim to be an expert in any of these areas! I am constantly searching for new ways to appreciate the world around me.

My favorite meals

• Jinmi Sikdang in Seoul: Their soy-marinated crab was my favorite bite of food in 2022.
• Lamaii in Las Vegas: Their 干煸四季豆 (string beans) and 鱼香茄子 (eggplant) were my 2nd and 3rd favorite bites of food in 2022.
• Moody Tongue in Chicago: I don’t usually like chocolate cake but eating this chocolate cake was nothing short of a rapturous experience.

• Originals: How Non-Conformists Move the World (back in my non-fiction reading era)
• Teaching myself piano! I have a mild obsession with self-taught artists and recently finished learning the full arrangement of Mia & Sebastian’s theme on piano ✨
