  • Each completed visit can generate a rating
• 1–5 scale
• Ratings from your lifetime on Fay
• At least 1 rating to calculate

How it’s calculated

Your average rating is calculated using all ratings you’ve received after completed appointments.

Formula:

Sum of all patient ratings

÷

total number of ratings received

= average rating

Important details:

• The metric updates as new ratings are submitted
• This does not include the 1-5 star ratings that are given through written reviews
