Should you wish to proceed with applying for a DE license, here are a few pointers that might be helpful:

• Go to the DE online application portal by clicking here
• Go to “Apply/Manage a License and Service Requests”, click “GO”
• Under “New User”, select “Register”
• Enter “xxx” in the search bar. It will take a few seconds to load the dropdown. Select “My Information Not Found” at the bottom of the dropdown list once it finishes loading.
• Enter your information and hit “Proceed”. Create your password in order to create your account. Click “Submit”
• Create your account
• Under “Status Legend”, select “Apply for new license”
• Select the following values:
  • Profession: Dietitians/Nutritionist
  • License Type: Dietitians/Nutritionist
  • Select ‘Yes’ to the question are you currently a CDR-registered dietitian
• Complete the application form and upload all documents via the online portal

• $235 application fee

• State/Jurisdiction Licensure Verification directly to the Board office from each state or jurisdiction in which you currently hold or have ever held a license.

• A copy of your current CDR registration card.

• An original or electronic Credential Verification sent directly from CDR to the Board office. To request the Credential Verification, visit the CDR website at www.cdrnet.org. </aside>
