Background

Hey Hey! I grew up in Kansas City and went to Vanderbilt in Nashville for college where I studied Economics and Spanish. After school, I moved to New York and worked in Investment Banking for about 5 years. I spent the majority of my time in banking at Evercore where I focused on all things Healthcare. After a brief stint at DoorDash working in strategy, I joined the Fay team where I now work on all operations related to our wonderful provider network!

I live in New York with my fiance, Myles, and a 10 minute walk from my younger sister. During my free time I love going to exercise classes, trying new restaurants, exploring thrift stores and cooking new recipes. Speaking of, we just invested in a pasta maker to try to replicate our favorite pasta dish from a famous Italian restaurant in NYC.

My favorite meals

• Trader Joes Cauliflower Gnocchi: I have eaten 3 bags of this a week for years - I am addicted. No one can tell me this isn’t better than most restaurant meals
• Sushi: My absolutely favorite meal is sushi! So much so that my fiance and I are going on our Honeymoon in Japan!
• Italian: Any sort of filled pasta with ricotta is my favorite. The Agnolotti at Lilia in New York is my dream dish - “Sheeps Milk Cheese Filled Agnolotti, Saffron, Dried Tomato, Honey”
• Mayonnaise Based Condiments: in any context

Get to know me a little better

I have run 4 marathons with my 2 cousins, sister and fiancee to raise money for Cholangiocarcinoma research (bile duct cancer)

I grew up in Kansas with 2 sisters and one brother - we were raised to be huge Kansas City Chiefs fans!
