Background

Hello there from Salt Lake City! I’ve grown up (sorta) here in Utah and have spent the majority of my life chasing all kinds of outdoor adventures. From skiing & snowboarding in winters to golf & mountain biking in every season in between, Utah is a pretty special place for anyone who loves the outdoors.

I live here with my family of 5 + a dog. Between splitting my time building the sales motion here at Fay & managing multiple extracurriculars with the kids, I spend every spare moment triathlon training for my first half-Ironman in June.

Building is in my blood, as I now have had the privilege to be a part of 4 early-stage startups. My first taste was in SaaS at an online chat company focused on e-commerce retailers. After building the motion there, I jumped to an even earlier stage startup that sold social media & marketing tools. My sales territory was ‘Earth’ and I spent 5+ years traveling between North America & Europe selling our platform. Most recently, I’ve come from Sword Health, a top-tier digital physical therapy provider, where I sold both new business and expanded current clients. I’ve joined Fay to be a part of an incredible mission: to help people improve their lives, eat better, and live longer.

My favorite meals

• The Girl & the Goat in Chicago - Swanky little tapas joint in Restaurant Row, and hands down one of the best culinary adventures I’ve ever experienced. Go in, sit down, and tell the server to bring you anything they wish. You will not be disappointed.
• Duck and Waffle in London- Exactly like it sounds, this elevates ‘comfort food’ to an entirely new level
• Tacos - If I could only eat one thing for the rest of my life it’d be tacos. Most recently I’ve been experimenting with breakfast tacos, and have yet to meet one I didn’t like. The stakes are particularly high here as my wife is Mexican.

What I’ve been learning and reading about lately

• Outlive - the science and art of longevity - I was knee-deep in this book when I first came across Fay, and I can honestly say it has changed my life. Having a perspective of not only prolonging the quantity of life, but the quality, is something I’m honored to be a part of by being on this team.
• Hidden Potential - Another book that has significantly changed the way I look at myself & others.
• Cold Therapy & Wim Hof Method - Ever since visiting the Scandinave Spa in Whistler a few years ago, I’ve become obsessed with hot/cold therapy and the physical & mental benefits from regular plunges. My little $150 ice bath is my favorite purchase of 2023.

Get to know me a little better

My wife is an interior designer, and has finally broken down and let the family get a dog. Leila is 13, August is 10, Penny is 4, and Bear is a Sheepadoodle

I’m convinced Whistler, Canada is the closest one can get to heaven and I venture up there as often as I can. Last year I spent 4 days on and off the resort with 7 of my closest homies for an incredible ski trip.
