Should you wish to proceed with applying for an FL license, here are a few pointers that might be helpful:

• You can apply here by selecting “Create New Applicant Account”
• Choose a Board/Council: Dietetics and Nutrition
• Choose Application:
  • Examination with Waiver/MOBILE: Select this option if you are not licensed in another state and have a CDR certification
    • Documents needed:
      1. Official transcript referencing a degree as outlined in section 468.509, Florida Statutes, and Rule 64B8-42.002, Florida Administrator Code.
      2. Proof of completing 900 hours of pre-professional supervised practice experience as outlined in Rule 64B8-42.002(3), F.A.C.
      3. Verification of CDR, CNS or DACBN certification.
      4. Verification of any and all health-related license/certification held in any state, United States territory or country, regardless of the status.
• Please obtain a FL dietetics license and NOT a FL Out-of-State Telehealth license
