Background

I was born and raised in Minnesota, the eldest of four and a lifelong athlete. Hockey was my first love, and I played competitively through college at Colgate University. These days, you’ll find me on a trail run, in a yoga studio, or embracing the (very beginner) world of Pilates.

My journey has taken me through some of the country’s most electric cities of Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and New York, before trading skyscrapers for ski lifts and landing in the mountain town of Ketchum, Idaho.

Professionally, I got my start in medical sales before spending four years in executive search. In 2020, I pivoted into employer sales, partnering with mission-driven companies like Headspace and, most recently, the financial wellness platform Nav.it, which was acquired by a bank earlier this year.

Beyond work, I’m deeply passionate about mental health. I’m a certified breathwork coach, a proud mental health advocate, and recently completed my master’s in Psychology from Columbia University.

I’m also a new mom to Keichler (pronounced Key-kler), named after my mom’s maiden name. My husband, Sam, and I met at a bar called Warfield, so when we brought home our Barbet (a French water dog), it only felt right to name him after the place where it all began.
