Hi fellow Faybies!

I was born in NY, but moved to Atlanta when I was very young.  Growing up in the south with very New Yorker parents gave me a good mix of both worlds.  I spent half of my college years at the University of Georgia (Go Dawgs!) before graduating from Georgia State to pursue a specialized Journalism school – I thought I wanted to be Katie Couric.

After spending 0 hours working in Journalism, I spent the early part of my career in biz dev with various FinTech SaaS platforms.  Then a fortuitous change in my career sent me down a path that mixed my personal passions in wellness with my skills in sales.  I spent the next 10 years working for companies like Wellhub and ClassPass, on the front lines of GTM strategy as we launched B2B ventures.

I was raised on fitness and athletics. Everything from golf to swimming (I am a fish, hence, the codename), and finally dance, which I did competitively across the country from my early years through college.  I have a sincere love of travel and food (Anthony Bourdain is my guru) and love nothing more than experiencing different cultures and landscapes.

Atlanta is home where I enjoy the closeness of my parents, my two siblings, my oldest friends, my boyfriend, and my sweetest pup - Billy Joel, whose name is inspired by my love of his music and the New Yorker in me.

My favorite meals

• Chicken salad: I consider myself a chicken salad connoisseur.
• Sushi: MF Sushi in Atlanta is beyond. When you go..sit at the sushi bar and tell them to make whatever their hearts content..and it’ll be the best thing you ever ate.
• My mom’s lasagna: This has been our very untraditional southern Christmas dinner for a zillion years, and it’s only made that one night a year.

What I’ve been learning about lately

• Yoga. I recently completed my 200hr YTT certification, and I’m excited to see where that goes.
• Cryotherapy. It’s 3 minutes of torture for a person who needs a cardigan to go in the grocery store mid-August..but it’s benefits are worth it.
