Hi everyone! I grew up in Greensboro, NC, but have called NYC home for the last several years.

I attended Duke University for undergrad and thought I wanted to go to medical school. I ended up joining BCG right out of college and worked primarily with healthcare clients. I then joined CVS Health where I worked on launching a chronic condition management for patients with type 2 diabetes.

I then got my MBA at Harvard Business School. It was there that I developed a passion for digital health. After graduating, I spent time at Teladoc Health and was most recently at Clarity Pediatrics, an early stage pediatrics startup. I joined Clarity Pediatrics as the second employee and helped growth the company through its Series A fundraise.

I’m excited about the opportunity Fay has to develop partnerships with health systems across the US to enable more individuals to access evidence-based nutrition counseling! We’ve only scratched the surface on the impact we will have at institutions where an overwhelming majority of Americans access healthcare.

I live in NYC with my fiance. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, exploring new restaurants and bars, spending time outdoors, skiing, and current events.

My favorite meals 🍽️

• Spanish tapas: paella (evidence below), patatas bravas, and anything else
• Korean BBQ: I would eat at Cote just about any day of the week if I could
• Grits: the ultimate breakfast item (it’s the Southern in me) loaded with butter and cheese
• Dessert: I’m also a sucker for a plain vanilla cupcake with buttercream frosting

What I’ve been learning and reading about lately 📝

• Alzheimer’s and dementia caregiving: I’ve had a number of family members suffer from dementia, so I love learning about the challenges caregivers face and how we can build more solutions to reduce caregiver burden and burnout
• Geopolitics: I’m fascinated by the way the US and other countries interact with each other and the implications this has for the world in the 21st century
