Should you wish to proceed with applying for an NE license, here are a few pointers that might be helpful:

• We've recently had dietitians obtain a license by filling out this form (please double check that it's still the latest version!)
  • Given that you are licensed as an RD by the Commission of Dietetic Registration, please apply through Option 1: Application based on being a Registered Dietitian with the American Dietetic Association (ADA) or an equivalent entity.
  • Required documents:
    • Documentation demonstrating US Citizenship/Lawful Presence (Please reference the application form for accepted forms of proof)
    • Completed application form
    • Copy of your CDR license
  • Application Fee: $114 (Payable by check or money order)
    • You may qualify for fee exemption if you are a young worker, low-income individual, or military family. Please reference page 1 of the application form for license fee waiver options.
