To maintain the integrity of our shared brand, we ask that you adhere to the highest standards of professionalism and quality in all of your interactions - whether with clients, other private practice providers, or the broader community. We trust that you will be a good steward of Fay’s brand and always work to represent it in a way that is accurate, constructive and mutually beneficial. Positive and Accurate Representation

Your conduct and management of your private practice are essential in maintaining the integrity of your personal reputation and Fay’s reputation. Whether in consultations, communications, or public engagements, your actions reflect on both your professional brand and Fay's. It is your responsibility to embody the highest standards of accuracy and professionalism in accordance with Fay’s policies.

Professional Conduct

Your online presence is an extension of your professional brand and, by association, the Fay brand. Ensure that your online conduct reflects the professionalism, ethics, and values we hold in our shared brand. Online conduct includes but is not limited to interactions with clients on Fay and other dietitians. Please be intentional in your posts and interactions to maintain an online presence that is indicative of our shared values.

Quality of Care

Ensure you are always providing your clients with high quality, reliable care. This includes, but is not limited to: conducting appointments effectively, responding to client inquiries and needs appropriately, attending client appointments reliably, communicating with clients in the case of a conflict, and respecting your clients culture differences.

Cultural Competency

Be mindful of local customs and values in your private practice. Prioritize being respectful and considerate of the diverse backgrounds of your clients and other providers. We encourage you to review this course to learn more about cultural competency.

Constructive Community Engagement

If you choose to participate, engage in the Fay Community in a productive and collaborative manner. This includes posting content, attending virtual events, sharing relevant resources, and contributing to discussions in a way that is appropriate, constructive, and inclusive.
