Instructions:
You're a Growth Product Manager at Fay, and your goal is to identify opportunities to improve the experience for someone trying to find and book a dietitian on our website.
- Visit https://www.faynutrition.com and explore the user experience from the perspective of a potential client.
- Identify and list areas of improvement or friction in the “Find a Dietitian” flow — feel free to focus on any touchpoint you think matters.
- From your list, choose one idea to prioritize, and answer:
- Why did you choose this opportunity?
- What impact do you expect it to have?
- How would you measure success?
You’re welcome to make assumptions about the user persona (e.g. demographics, intent, referral source, insurance status, etc.) — just make sure to clearly state any assumptions you make and explain how they influenced your thinking.
Deliverables:
- A short video (max 5 minutes) explaining your thought process and solution.
- A slide deck (maximum 3 slides) summarizing:
- Your list of improvement areas
- The prioritized idea
- Your rationale and success metric
- Any assumptions you made
Tips:
- Think like a PM owning top-of-funnel growth and conversion.
- We’re looking for clear thinking, structured prioritization, user empathy, and data fluency.
- You don’t need access to internal data — just focus on the UX and what you can infer.
