Your profile conversion rate metric includes:

Up to your last 150 profile views (rolling)
Unique profile views: Each profile visitor is counted once, even if they view your profile multiple times
New patient initial consultation bookings: Each new patient booking is counted once, even if they reschedule or rebook
Bookings sourced by Fay: Does not include provider sourced patients

When you turn off "Accepting Referrals from Fay," your profile conversion rate will be paused, and your profile will not be discoverable outside of your personal booking link.
