Background

I’m a Northeastern University graduate, but I wish I dropped out to focus more time on startups. Since discovering computer programming, I was always building. My first startup was a social media scraping app for private investigators that I founded when I was 16. I studied computer science during school but was working between 1 to 3 jobs at startups and incubators on top of school. When I finally got into industry, I was ready to crush any challenge that got my full attention. After cutting my teeth at a few more early stage startups, I found my way to Fay.

I’m a New Hampshirite that loves to hike, snow shoe, ski, and look at leaves and wildlife. The majority of my hobbies are indoor centric, though: I am an EDM DJ (ask me for my mixtape 🤓), I like hacking together hardware projects, 3D printing, playing video games (my favs are Outer Wilds, Sea of Stars, Chrono Trigger, Factorio to name drop a few).

My favorite meals

• Spicy salmon onigiri: My wife and I make this as our go-to meal. There's not a lot of great Japanese food in New Hampshire (we were spoiled by living in Seattle for a few years)
• Cous cous + goat cheese + tomato salad: come on, it's acidic and sweet, can't go wrong with it.

What I’ve been learning about lately

• Unit testing Principles, Practices, and Patterns: I love reading technical books to stretch my mental model of how I work and challenge myself!
• I've been also been working on mindfulness, intuitive eating, and practicing journaling! 🧠📓
