Howdy my Fay peeps 🤠🐥 I’m Jeniece (pronuced je-neese) I’m new as of June 2025 and I am so delighted to be a part of Fay!

I’m mommy to two beautiful boys and with my husband we make a sweet blended family, based in Austin, TX. I am a bit of a chameleon when it comes to my work experience but am coming directly over from the health-tech space.

My favorite meals

Tex-Mex anything ... you literally can never go wrong with a good plate of enchiladas, crispy tacos, or fajitas. Plus they pair so well with a “Chispa” (a big, skinny margarita)
DIY Fajitas Bowls - healthier, better portion control, and sometimes tastier depending on the day!
Ceviche / Aguachile - Seriously so good (the spicier the better🌶️) and refreshing on hot summer day! (Do you get the theme so far?!)

What I’ve been learning and reading about lately

Gardening: I absolutely love gardening and always have but will always go down a rabbit hole of new things to try out. Vegetables? Love ‘em, toss them in there. Hard to grow melons? You got me, I’ll stress myself out trying to make them grow. Native rare flowers? I’m down for the count - catch me garden-side until they look beautiful.
How to raise farm animals: I am wanting to get goats, sheep and a donkey soon!
Baking: I’m no expert but my kitchen is one of my favorite places to be! I’m latest favorites to make are apple pie, sourdough pretzels, and the softest cinnamon rolls you’ll ever eat 🤤

The fam loves staying active as much as we can. Hiking and camping is a typical getaway, kids-in-tow!

I love to eat healthy-ish but I LOVE to bake some delectable sweets - featuring my family famous apple pie!

Behold the Purple Passionflower. One my ultimate favorite Texas native species with an amazing story tied to my faith and the reason behind my codename. Along with it being the perfect purple for Fay 💜 purple passionflower is known it’s uniqueness, persistence, and it’s symbolism for peace and passion, being a “welcome to all”.

We’re dedicating our lives to helping people improve their nutrition with a Registered Dietitian covered by insurance. We hope to be the unsung heroes in the background, putting the needs of dietitians and their clients above all else.
