Background

Howdy! 👋 I was born in Atlanta, GA but grew up outside of Richmond, VA. I was a theatre kid, starting with school musicals and later performing with a local production group. When I wasn’t performing, I was trying a new sport.

I attended the University of Virginia (go Wahoos!), studying Computer Science and completing pre-med requisites. My first job out of college was with WillowTree, making mobile apps for Fortune 500 companies. I had a plan to earn some money there before going to Med school, but I fell in love with building software and have never looked back.

Most recently, I worked as a Senior iOS Engineer at Tinder, specializing in Ads/Growth development.

I’m currently in Charlotte, NC living with my cat, Kenobi! I am involved in some LGBTQ+ groups, from volunteering to recreational sports.

My favorite meals

Philly Cheesesteak: Provolone > Cheese Whiz, and it has to have Mayo + Grilled Onions 😋
Eggs: I had a ~2 year period where I ate 2 boiled eggs every day 🥚
Chipotle: If I am not cooking, odds are I am at a Chipotle 😂

What I’ve been learning about lately

Cooking: My specialties right now include chicken parm and crab cakes 🦀
Disc Golf: My boyfriend got me into it, and I am falling in love with the sport 🥏
Music Production: I can’t really play any instruments, but I love to fire up Ableton and try to make something somewhat listenable 🎧
